The precision CNC turning center is a machine tool that uses digital control technology to achieve precision machining. Equipped with a VDI30 turret, it has a theoretical capacity of 12 tool positions, supporting multi-process continuous machining to reduce the number of clamping operations. Its spindle runout accuracy is controlled within 1 micrometer. It possesses basic functions such as turning, boring, and threading, and can achieve mill-turn machining via a power head extension. The machine uses an 8-inch three-jaw chuck to fix the workpiece, with a Z-axis travel of 456 mm, suitable for the multi-process integrated manufacturing needs of complex mechanical parts.
Equipped with an 8-inch (200 mm) three-jaw hydraulic chuck system, it is suitable for stable clamping of workpieces with a diameter of up to 200 mm. The Z-axis linear travel reaches 456 mm, meeting the machining needs of long shaft parts. The turret adopts the VDI30 international standard interface, with a theoretical number of 12 tool positions, supporting the combination configuration of various tool types such as external turning tools, internal boring tools, and threading tools.
The spindle system employs a high-precision rolling bearing structure, with radial runout not exceeding 1 micrometer after dynamic balancing correction, ensuring a machined surface quality of Ra0.8 grade. The CNC system incorporates a pitch error compensation function, enabling digital correction of lead screw drive errors.
